JYT will supply the comprehensive after-service to its customers.
1.   JYT's customers could send their staff to JYT’s Beijing factory for reinforced study and training at the early stage
 JYT’S wholly-owned subsidiary –Beijing Tian Neng Yun Tong Crystal Technique Ltd. Company has about 30 units of Mono-Crystal Furnace and 30 units of Multi-Crystal grower which can be used for the study and training that supply the perfect crystal growing experience to customers. 
    JYT’s customers could send their staff to JYT for the studying and training of the equipments’ maintenance to strengthen their overall understanding of the equipments.
2.       JYT could Provide the experienced installation &commissioning team for customers at the middle stage.
  JYT attach importance to its staffs’ training and emphasize to foster the work capacity of installation &commission staff to ensure the installation & commission will be completed within the shortest time, enablling the customers start production at the earliest date.
3.JYT supply the timely after-service work for their customers
  The after-service department of JYT has professional engineers who are responsible for the technical support and could supply the timely replies when the equipments have problems during the operation.
    JYT has sufficient inventory of spare parts and provide one year’s warranty. JYT will help customers replace the spare parts for free due to the inferior quality within the warranty period.
JYT has sufficient inventory of consumables and could send the consumables by airline to customers timely.

  Note: The equipment maintenance is needed during the operation, it’s better to prepare necessary quantity of consumables to shorten the consumables’ delivery time.
